Dr. Raymond is a Dual Board Certified Psychiatrist(Child-Adolescent Psychiatry and Adult Psychiatry) and Assistant Clinical Professor of Psychiatry at Columbia University College of Physicians & Surgeons, who completed his medical degree at Universidad Central del Este, Dominican Republic from 1997 to 2001. He graduated first in his class with special honor, "Cum Laude." He served as Adjunct Faculty of Anatomy & Physiology at Miami Dade College from 2004 to 2006. He completed his Internship, Psychiatry Residency, and Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship at Harlem Hospital Center-Columbia University, where he served as a chief fellow, from 2006 to 2011. He remained as staff psychiatrist in the Department of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at Harlem Hospital Center. He has also been a staff psychiatrist for Prison Health Services since 2009.
Dr. Raymond's current practice emphasizes outpatient office-based evaluations, consultations, and treatment of children, adolescents, and adults.
